Hope you all enjoy your day!

I am off to take Jen to soccer practise right now...then off to her Junior Lifeguard competition...then back home to cover my boss in the showhome because she has a family emergency (How can I sell their houses when they won't fix an existing problem??? We'll see what happens)...then back to pick Jen up at the pool (she'll be done around 7:30pm). And there's my day in a nutshell.

Have some fun buddies!!!

P.S. Got a call last night that our buyer will have all of his bank papers in order by Monday and will lift his condition on the sale of our house. It's all his when the final papers are signed on Monday.

Hi Rons! Okay, what's that mean to lift the condition on the sale of the house? Does that mean you have to get out? I hope you get to lease it from him until you're ready to move into your new one. I know from experience what a pain that is to move twice in a few months! OY! Well, I'm happy this end of it is going okay. You sound like you're having a busy day. I've been running since I got home, too. See you tomorrow maybe. Hugs.......Pam

The only condition the buyer had was financing (which means if his financing didn't come through by our agreed date, then we give his deposit back and no harm done). Sometimes buyers put a lot more conditions on a sale (like possession date, property inspection, etc), so we're lucky this was the only condition he put on it. When we sign the final papers, the condition is taken care of, so the sale is final. And then we sign an open-ended rental agreement (since there's no way to pinpoint when our new house will be ready), and hopefully don't move until then!

Hope you had a good day! Mine was loooong, but is now, thankfully, almost over! Phew!!
