Roni

Im on track this weekend. I have also recently went shopping so i have pleanty of good healthy food around to munch on. Also plan to stay busy doing projects. Im getting ready to tackle cleaning out my sons room, this should keep me busy all day lol. The other thing i did was yesterday i planed to eat a dinner that well was more than it should have been. I kept my numbers low during the day to account for what my dinner was going to be. I really didnt do all that bad we made sub sandwhiches. I had pretzles with mine, i had lean roast beef, turkey, lettuce, tomato, advacado, alfalfa sprouts, proalone cheese and some mayo. I mean i could have made worse choices, but i know the mayo, cheese and advacado were bad, but least it wasnt fast food. But I also feel cause i let myself have some "bad" food i wont be as likely to cheat. Also plan to work in some exercise too. Allthough since its raining today i probably wont get to do my walk. Well thats my plan hope everyone has a great weekend. Take care and hugs Tami

Hi Roni,

I am on day three of the flush...and though it is boring it is filling. I plan on continuing on it. It's going to be a tough two weeks...then even tougher to gradually add back into the diet the very things that got me to this weight but I'm ready to tackle it. They claim there's a potential in losing up to 20# the first two weeks. I'm sure most of it will be water retention...but I've also taken measurements and plan to weekly.

We will see if it's worth it on Monday that will be day 5 should see some change...hopefully. Allie

I'm just trying to eat less! I would give anything to lose that 10 lbs by Christmas!

Hey, Allie, be careful with that. You don't really want to lose 20# in two weeks, unless you weigh about 400# now. 1-2 pounds per week is a good, healthy rate of loss. And if you think a lot of that will be fluid loss, then make sure you're drinking plenty of water, so your body doesn't dehydrate. Does the diet get less strict after the first couple weeks?

Good luck, and congrats on sticking with your plan!

Thanks for the info Cindy...yes, it requires I drink at least 72 ozs of water a day...I drank 64 oz on the first day and 72 yesterday..and working on that again today. Yes the diet gets to a more natural state on the thrid week. The first two weeks are just a detoxing and cleansing.
