GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!!! :o)
| Tue, 12-30-2003 - 8:54am |
Whew! Lookie how late I slept! And the rest of the family is still snoozing away! I guess it's a good thing. We're in training for New Year's Eve. After that, we'll get ourselves back to normal....or as normal as we ever were anyway.
Have a great Tuesday, Buddies!

Tomorrow is my day to sleep as late as I want, and NOBODY better wake me up!! LOL I've been waiting for this day for 3 months now!! I'm so excited I probably won't even be able to sleep!

I'm at work. Booooooo :(
But we have Thursday off, so I'll just have to enjoy that!
Also, went to the gym last night--thirty minutes on the eliptical machine. Better than nothing, right??
San.
1. Eat healthy which includes turkey, fish, and chicken, veggies, and fruit for the most part. Keep a food journal.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
3. Pilates three times a week.
4. Walking 30 mins four times a week.
Now to come up with a schedule for myself with "mini-rewards" to keep myself motivated. Any suggestions.
San - good job last evening with your workout...keep up the good work.
I hope you all have a marvelous day. Take care
Tara
Good morning (it's 5 min to noon here!)! Slept in (actually slept!) until 9:30am and feel a bunch better this morning than yesterday. TY for the get-well prayers!
We're trying to get into a 'normal' routine again, too. UGH

Your plan for the new year sounds very practical and do-able, Tara! As for mini-rewards: I tend to do well if I tell myself that I can't do something I really enjoy (like getting online, for instance) until I have exercised. That usually motivates me first thing in the morning and then my whole day feels like a treat because I've exercised. You have to find what will work for you, and stick to it, no matter what.
Have yourself a marvelous day, too!!
