Hi!

Here's my two cents:

Since you don't need to lose much, it seems like a few lifestyle changes might do the trick.

Welcome to our fabulous buddy board! The funny thing about questions that get asked here are that, generally, the asker knows the answer. You know yourself better than we do. Do you eat more sugar than necessary (that will build fat around your middle)? Do you exercise at all?

Everyone is busy. Making healthy choices is a matter of priority. You can watch tv in your down-time, or get active for 30min. You can choose a fast fried meal, or a something that is prepared healthfully. YOU are capable of making great choices for yourself, despite being busy. Moderation in everything is key. Resorting to drastic measures like limiting foods, etc. will only make your body retain fat, in the long run. Incorporate lots of fresh stuff (fruit, veg, lean meat) and you'll never go wrong.

As far as exercise goes, here are my 2 cents: exercise gives you energy, elevates mood, helps you sleep better at night, and has an amazing calming effect, after you've done it. Not to mention helping to burn fat, and increase muscle tone. Find what you like to do, whether that's a trip to the gym every other day, or a tape you can do at home, or a power walk/jog around the block a few times a week.

I hope you find what you need to get the results you want,
