A very warm welcome to you!! I'm very happy to see you jumping right in, and I look forward to getting to know you better! What kind of eating plan are you on? What type of exercise do you do? How many pounds are you working toward losing? Have i questioned you enough now??LOL

Right now, I'm following the Weight Watchers Plan. So far I've been doing ok. I jump started on March 1st! So far I've been doing well with my points, but on one day, I went over, lol. Thank goodness for banked points.

As for exercise, I'm doing aerobics and I'm trying to do some strength training. I need to do more cardio, but I'm usually so busy. Today, I walked, and did aerobics! I feel great! I also drank more water! That's been my number one goal: to drink WAY more water than I was!

I'm trying to lose at least 15 pounds by June, but I need to lose LOTS more. Wish me luck, and I'll keep you guys posted!
