Good Monday Morning

Well I weighed myself this morning I have lost my first whole pound. But I do lose quickly at the begining. My hypoglycemia isn't helping any. I am always in need of fuel.
Going for another walk today and do some more raking. I need a smaller rake to get in and around those crappy bushes. Landlady won't let me take them out and plant fowering bushes.
Oh well, I will do what I can out there. I found now that I have got a wee bit older and have time for it I enjoy gardening.
This is where I miss the house that I had with my ex up in Canada.
Oh, I did finish or pretty well finished my journal website

I use fitday every single day. It's usually the thing that keeps me on track and keeps me making good choices(yesterday, not so much!LOL). I've never used the journal portion, though, just the food, activity & weight reports.
I think smaller, more frequent meals are beneficial to keeping anyone's blood sugar levels even.
And, CONGRATS on the pound!!!! Woohooooo...you're on your way! Keep at it!!!
