have any mini-goals set for yourself today/this week?


My focus is going to be on food, the right kinds, the proper serving sizes. When I make an effort and that falls into place for me, the pounds drop off (and THAT is my ultimate goal!LOL).

Yes ma'am!!


Yesterday was day 1 of my new life, including dieting. I have made that my #1 priority right now, and will still be doing that other stuff, but as #2 now. If it works, great!!! Otherwise it is time to take care of me now. :)

Well, you know we're all behind/beside you in this!! I've learned over the years that if I don't take care of myself first, then nothing else gets taken care of properly. Wishing you HUGE luck in your new start, Dawn!!!

Push past the 3rd week blah's, and you'll come out of it so strong and even more determined. What is it about the thrid week? I have the same trouble. BUT this is the week when, if all efforts continue, you will see some tangible results...so how could you give up on THAT??
