Wow...what a week! I think things with MIL are settling down a bit now, so I hope to be here more often.
So, how was your weekend, buddies? Are you ready for a new week of losing?...I sure know that I am! This past week has been awful foodwise, eating when we could, and what we could get. Starting today it is back to the grind, and back to being on plan!
The kids and I are going to the park today with MOM's group, and then nothing else is planned, well, except for (hopefully) a nap. What do you have planned for today? I hope it's a good one!

Today is kinda boring for me. I got up early, cleaned up the apt a bit (because I didn't at all over the weekend!), vacuumed, and did the dishes. Now the apartment looks nice. Yay! Now I'm gonna do a quick thirty minute workout and then get ready for work. Eek! I'm running late already!

Morning buddies-
Sound like you all have pretty nice days ahead of you. I'm am sooo sore right now, it's painful to walk. But that's good right? I went for an 8 mile hike on Saturday and ate okay- not the best, but my portions were reasonable. Sunday I slept in (LOVE IT) and went for a 16 mile bike ride with the BF which officially killed me. We made a big dinner which would have been fine but I ate quite few potato chips while I was cooking and then we went out and met some friends and had 3 or 4 beers (not light beer either) and oh... and split a piece of chocolate cake with ice cream. Not feeling good about that.
Hey- It happens right? Tonight we have dinner out with his parents so I'll try to keep it simple today. Okay- I've got to get some work done now.
