Whew! I don't know about you, Buddies, but I tried and tried to get in here yesterday, and I couldn't! I was afraid y'all had packed up and left without leaving a forwarding address! ;o)
So, Happy Monday!! It's a brand new week full of brand new possibilities! Who's feeling ready go LOSE?

YAY ! MONDAY!!!!
I'm gonna be super busy from now on. Especially this week. Our first week of classes and it's going to be hectic. So i'm suppose to lose today? how am i gonna do that? funny i easily lose things except losing weight HAHAHA

I couldn't get in either. I would get to the log-in page and then it would be unavailable. It was horrible!! I'm just glad I can get in today!
We had quite a weekend (see exercise post below--that was just on Sunday). Saturday we sprang MIL from the nursing home and had a picnic at the park for her birthday. It was fun! Then my SIL and niece left Sunday morning. It was a great visit!
I'm ready to lose this week! I am down 3 pounds from yesterday (just water retension) and am so ready to lose more!

Hello, all!
Today is going to be a pretty stressful day.
Man logging in yesterday was frustration cause it was a no go!
As for today it starts the free t-shirt month! If you go to the gym 28 out of the 31 days you get a free t-shirt. Min. time limit to be there is 10 minutes. Being a cheap college student, I really want the t-shirt. However, that's alot of days!!!! :-P
Today is going alright thus far, woke up a bit late and had to rush to work. Now that I'm on my break I'm realizing I really don't want to be here to day. I was sick yesterday so I got nothing done at all.
Ah well, hopefully it goes by fast.

Yeah, I was barely around yesterday, too. I did mostly nothing and yet I still couldn't find time to do anything- haha!
I am so ready to lose some more this week! I hope it happens as planned ;) This weekend will be tough, so I'd like to get as much off me as possible! I'm gonna stay on plan for as long as possible! If nothing else, I want to be in the 160s by the end of July!
Well I hope the court appearance goes well! Make sure you take tons of documentation and you should be fine =)

Oh 28 days is a lot- but imagine how many calories you can burn! You can do it buddy! I hope the day goes quickly for you!
I'm at work on break as well- my day's going pretty smoothly so far. Did my hard exercise this morning, straightened up the apartment (weekends wreak havoc on my apartment- haha), and now I'm at work. DH is home sick today, so hopefully I don't need to re-clean when I get home from exercising after work ;)

Good morning, Karen!!
Where did the last week of my life go???LOL I am SO stretched to the limit, but at least my cough is noticeably lessened and the sun has been warming my world, so life feels good again. If I could've crawled into a deep hole last week, I definitely would have. My class is stressing me out because I am so behind and not focused on it. Work is a total pressure-cooker (which won't be a bad thing once this class is finished on the 19th) but it's such a cool job that I wouldn't want to give less than 100%.
So, are we gonna lose this week, or what??? I got about 4 hours of gardening/yard work-type exercise this weekend (and not easy stuff, eityher...moving boulders and such). Food could have been better, but this is a week for those changes.
