Greetings from my own computer, Buddies!! It's nice of Kelsy to let me use her laptop, but I can never quite feel comfy on that thing. I guess I need more practice with it.
Anywho, happy new week! How was your weekend? Mine was pretty good for a weekend that started out so miserably. I was queasy and headachey for most of it, but honestly, you could have run me over with a truck and it would have been an improvement over Thursday, so whew! We got in the pool several times. I didn't move much, but I was happy to be there.
Is everybuddy rested and ready for a brand new week of LOSING? Let's chase some pounds outta this place!!

Morning Karen! Glad you are feeling better now...and very glad your weekend turned out well, despite feeling sick!
I had a very rough weekend- eating wise, that is! Despite my best efforts, I gained big time over the weekend! But I'm not sure how the number got so high. I am exactly 3 lbs over ticker this morning. I'm hoping it's mostly water weight, so my goal for friday is to get past 70 lbs lost, which means losing 3.2 pounds, I think. Which is hopefully doable...I don't know why I'm retaining so much right now! UGH!

Well, I'm sorry your 2nd attempt at the dessert wasn't the best...but I guess the silver lining is you don't eat it =)
And yay for your body adapting to only want/accept the healthy stuff. It's amazing how warped we've created our bodies so that they can not only handle, but CRAVE, the processed junk! Any progress towards getting our systems back to a healthier state is wonderful- so congrats!!

Thanks buddy! I'm hoping I can do it! And it makes it much easier knowing I have supportive buddies there backing me up.
I would never set a normal goal of 3.2 pounds...but knowing it's probably mostly just water weight (I did eat french fries on two days- yikes!) I think I can...NO!...I know I can do it!

My weekend went alright. Ate too much, but I went to the gym every day but the fourth. My ear is still hurting but the swelling had died down thankfully. Stupid earring... It's supposed to be stainless steel and I don't react to that, but maybe it's not the same for cartilage. I dunno.
I don't have much to say right now. It's monday and I have to go run samples for work. I'll hopefully post back later and be more lively... :-)

Good Morning Karen and all y'all buddies!!
My weekend was exhausting. I helped my brother and his family pack up their house all weekend because they are moving next weekend. I ate HORRIBLY all weekend!!!! I will not be getting on the scale for a few days because of that and the fact that AF is knocking! Ugh!!! I can only imagine what that scale says right now!!! Oh well, new week to start fresh! ;o)
