Good morning, all! Since I don't see anyone else up and on the board yet, I thought I'd start.
My plan for this week, and specifically this day:
I will record what I eat. I will have snacks on hand at work that consist largely of vegetables, with a little protein to accompany them (cottage cheese comes to mind). I will exercise every day (circuit training three days, walking 2).
Anyone else have plans to do well this week?
