It's Loseday Tuesday!! What a wonderful day - don't you think? And you know the best way to celebrate a Loseday? ----- LOSE! So, what do you want to lose today, Buddies? An attitude? Water retention? A sluggish feeling? A temptation?
My Loseday plan: I'm going to lose my fear of moving. My shoulder was hurting so much last week that I wrapped myself in a cocoon and stopped moving for fear of hurting myself. I need to start moving again - doing some daily tidying, walking around the yard, stretching, etc. I need to lose being afraid to move.

Good Morning Karen,
My plan was to avoid temptation but I fix that I threw a half a cake away that was from the baby shower.I have no control so that is what I needed to do to avoid it.I DID share with the kids here yesterday so they did get some since Tina sent it home with me for the daycare kids!~

Today I need to do laundry...no other plans...is that exciting or what?
I need to lose the thought of not eating because I am not hungry. I haven't been getting in many calories and I need to make sure I get in at least 1200.

Happy loseday! Im sure all of you have great plans and will be losing alot of negative things we dont need.
I had my foot checked out yesterday i have plantar filatious something...hehe...no more flip flops or bare feet...I need to get better shoes too so...saturday I'll be visiting lady footlocker. Hopefully I can find something comfortable.
Im going to try and lose this feeling of failure Ive been having. Lately Ive really been feeling like I have nothing to give to work, family, friends. Over the weekend we were talking about getting our masters. And I really dont want to get mine yet....Im comfortable right now

Today I'm going to lose my 'unmotivated-ness'. I'm going to do a good job at work and call lots of companies. Ok a few companies... no lots! I dunno, I don't like calling people, explaining things I think are above me, or asking un orthodox questions and I have to do all of that in these calls. (boooo)
I am also going to go to the gym today! That is that - or go walking outside with a friend if she says we are hanging out earlier than planned. I really do want to hang out today but honestly there are not enough hours in the day. We are going out with guy friends so it should be interesting at least. Anyway, if I can get myself to go down just one pound I'll have crossed into the 160 range. (Watch, I'll go up before I go down.)
I think I'm going to start weighing myself everyday just to help me keep my goal in mind.
