GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

It's Loseday Tuesday!! What a wonderful day - don't you think? And you know the best way to celebrate a Loseday? ----- LOSE! So, what do you want to lose today, Buddies? An attitude? Water retention? A sluggish feeling? A temptation?
My Loseday plan: I'm going to lose my fear of moving. My shoulder was hurting so much last week that I wrapped myself in a cocoon and stopped moving for fear of hurting myself. I need to start moving again - doing some daily tidying, walking around the yard, stretching, etc. I need to lose being afraid to move.

Oh I totally feel you on this! This morning I didnt eat breakfast cause I was so hungry. I think what can make it worse is you are starving by the time you get to the next meal and tempted to eat even more. Its hard I know...maybe if we try to get like a small something in us...or like a yogurt to drink? Just a suggestion.

Ooo job hunts. THat was always so hard for me but I think you can do it! MOnster is good, I would try Craigslist too. Careerbuilder is good but sometimes too confusing. Also they say that for each job you apply to modify your resume to fit that job. Makes you look more fit for the position.
