GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!
| Tue, 07-15-2008 - 8:46am |
It's Loseday Tuesday!! What a wonderful day - don't you think? And you know the best way to celebrate a Loseday? ----- LOSE! So, what do you want to lose today, Buddies? An attitude? Water retention? A sluggish feeling? A temptation?
My Loseday plan: I'm going to lose my fear of moving. My shoulder was hurting so much last week that I wrapped myself in a cocoon and stopped moving for fear of hurting myself. I need to start moving again - doing some daily tidying, walking around the yard, stretching, etc. I need to lose being afraid to move.
Have a wonderful Loseday, Buddies!!

I'm so glad you're losing those negative feelings, Cass.

Howdy buddies! Don't got much time, so I'll be brief!
For loseday I want to lose EVERYTHING! I haven't had a free moment in a few days (hence my absence) so I'd like to lose all these things occupying me so I can find time to check in! I haven't even been keeping up with reading the posts, let alone posting myself!
Hope everyone's loseday went well! I miss you guys even though it's only been a few days! Haha! Hopefully I'll see you more this week, cause I'll be gone friday-sunday (going to indiana with my parents).
Still a bit above ticker, but I'm working on it- and not stressing about it! I still plan to be in the 160s by my birthday- got a few more weeks, and about 3.5 pounds to lose...so I can do it!
((Hugs))
I've missed you too!

My name is Jeanne
I have to lose my fear of the unknown.
Blessings, Candi
Been there, done that.
These calls are soo out of my league it's not funny. The people I'm talking to think I'm 27, 28, 29 - 30 some year old researcher. Well 10 years doesn't make that much of a difference, except when you look at the fact that at 20 I don't have that much school, while at 30 I'd be done, out, and comfortable in the 'real' world. Bah! Oh well, I'll just keep up my false confidence for the next round. They can think I'm better than what I am - that's fine. I just hope they don't expect me to pronounce the name of our analyzer! Sorry, on a high from recalling a few of the calls.
I got 2 nos, and 1 yes so I'm pleased, but the yes decided to give us too much. (whoops) It's just another thing I'll have to look for tomorrow.
On a bad note I didn't end up at the gym today. yikes! But I'm going to post bright and early tomorrow morning (maybe before you - hehe) and go then! - HOPEFULLY.
