GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

It's Loseday Tuesday!! What a wonderful day - don't you think? And you know the best way to celebrate a Loseday? ----- LOSE! So, what do you want to lose today, Buddies? An attitude? Water retention? A sluggish feeling? A temptation?
My Loseday plan: I'm going to lose my fear of moving. My shoulder was hurting so much last week that I wrapped myself in a cocoon and stopped moving for fear of hurting myself. I need to start moving again - doing some daily tidying, walking around the yard, stretching, etc. I need to lose being afraid to move.

Hmm, Loseday. I wish I'd checked in this morning instead of this evening, because I could have had a MUCH better day. So perhaps my Loseday goal is to Lose the habit of Not checking in in the morning when I could get so much more out of it.
Today (and most of the past few days) I have been craving off plan food SO much, it's ridiculous!! Today, I totally gave in. I had Arby's, a mini-Bon (from Cinnabon), and talked DH into stopping at a local taco place for dinner (had a taco salad). UGH!
I just have to keep repeating to myself my Anne of Green Gables mantra: Tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it.
