GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Welcome to Loooooooooooseday Tuuuuuuuuuuuesday!! So, what shall we lose today? Here's my idea: Let's make this "Waste It or Waist It" day! Let's LOSE a temptation. Is there something in your cupboards/fridge/desk drawer/etc. that's calling your name when it shouldn't be? Some leftovers? Something sweet? Something salty? Maybe it's time to LOSE those foods - give them away, throw them away, run them over with your car - whatever it takes!
Today I am going to LOSE a package of cookies. It's sitting in a drawer, and the cookies are stale, and I still ate two of them yesterday! Today, I'm tossing them in the garbage!

Morning Buddies!
Im going to lose some calories. TOnight is gym night. Planning on 30 minutes of cardio broken up into intervals of 10 minutes. And strength training on my arms. Bill says he is going but I think theres a 90% chance of no he isnt. So we'll just have to see. Only problem I see happening...is bill gets home almost to 7, get to the gym at 7:30ish...get out 8:30ish, come home and eat dinner around 9? kInda late. I mean we go to tbed around 12 but still seems kinda late to eat. But if we eat first the odds of bill not wanting to go is doubled because he'll get in his comfy zone. I'll have to play this one by ear
Today is busy at work because half of my side of the office is not here. So I should keep busy enough to get my mind off snacks. And I remembered my lunch today so I will be going on walking on my lunch break.
Anyways..have a great loose day buddies

Good morning buddies!
Today I am going to lose the notion that I can't re-lose this weight. I am also going to lose the thought of being 140 pounds. I think I am going to shoot for 145, at the most. Just so my clothes fit me comfortably. I am also going back to my Slim Fast plan...as follows...

Plus, at least 80oz of water to drink, and going to the gym 3 times a week. I went yesterday and had a blast! I had the entire gym to myself. I did 1/2 hour on the ArcTrainer (411 calories burned), 100 crunches with 33 pounds of weight, 60 each of those thigh in and out things, 30 arm curls with 5 pounds of weight, and 30 over head arm lift things with 11 pounds of weight. It was awesome. I just have to get back to that.
So, that is my plan!
As for today...not much planned. I am doing camping laundry (we went this weekend and have bedding and stuff to wash) and would like to clean our master bathroom. Aiden is sick, or teething, or something. He has a slight fever (100.5) and his nose is all snotty. He is kind of crabby too, but not too bad. So we are not planning on doing anything outside of the house today.

Good Morning...Home from camping....been 'losing' the dirt....in all our clothes...lol...seriously....did well camping not up or down....smiles....but I do have a package of Skittles in my purse that I was saving for a 'binge'
