I'm up too late again, so I'm going to get a jumpstart on saying goodmorning. Good morning, everybuddy!! It's Loseday Tuesday, and that means time to focus on losing. Are there changes that need to be made in your diet or exercise? Is there something holding you back? Do you have a habit that needs breaking? Today is the day to figure out a plan and act!
My plan is to get a grip on myself as far as baked chips are concerned. I had decided never to buy them again because I'm beginning to believe they're laced with opium -- I can't seem to stay away from them! I was doing really well, and then Dan saw them on sale when he was in the store looking for something else and brought home two bags. (He meant well.) Yikes. I fell off the wagon with a thud. I have to learn to live in the house with those chips and not lose control. I vow here and now that I will only eat a pre-measured single serving of chips when it fits into my program - no snacking, grazing, binging, etc. It's me against the chips, and I'm going to win!
Have a fantastic Loseday, Buddies. Let's LOSE!!!

Hey all,
What a week we've had! Weekend before last, we took a trip down to Newport, OR for a pre-birthday trip with Noah, and I of course ate my way through the trip. I was okay with that gain though, so no complaints. Then Tuesday was Noah's actual birthday and my nephew and the in-laws all wanted to celebrate by eating out. Now one meal I can handle, but two in one day is just too much! I got a long walk in that day, but was so sore the next day, I didn't do anything. I was good Wednesday, but then Thursday (my usual 'splurge' day) came along and I fell off the wagon. Friday, DH was in charge of dinner since I was spending all day cleaning and getting everything ready for Noah's party Saturday. By the time we actually ate, I was so starved I ate WAY more than I would have ordinarily. Oh, and he couldn't "find" anything in the house to eat, so we ended up again at a restaurant. Saturday was the party, but with friends and family in from out of town, we ended up eating out the majority of the weekend (can you find the pattern here?) Yesterday the last of the guests left, and I promptly fell down the stairs, spraining my ankle so I can't even get out to walk off the bazillion calories I ate over the past 10 days! So much for being below 200 for my birthday!
So for Lose-day, I'm going to Lose the number and address of every restaurant in the Seattle-Metro area!!
