I'm up too late again, so I'm going to get a jumpstart on saying goodmorning.  Good morning, everybuddy!!  It's Loseday Tuesday, and that means time to focus on losing.  Are there changes that need to be made in your diet or exercise?  Is there something holding you back?  Do you have a habit that needs breaking?  Today is the day to figure out a plan and act!


My plan is to get a grip on myself as far as baked chips are concerned.  I had decided never to buy them again because I'm beginning to believe they're laced with opium -- I can't seem to stay away from them!  I was doing really well, and then Dan saw them on sale when he was in the store looking for something else and brought home two bags.  (He meant well.)  Yikes.  I fell off the wagon with a thud.  I have to learn to live in the house with those chips and not lose control.  I vow here and now that I will only eat a pre-measured single serving of chips when it fits into my program - no snacking, grazing, binging, etc.  It's me against the chips, and I'm going to win!

You know me...just very needy, LOL! :)


My feeling we're really hurt, I just missed you guys is all. The kids have been sick, I've been sick, we haven't been getting out of the house to any moms group stuff or anywhere, and I am going crazy!!! Last night the kids were so wound up and crazy Bruce and I had to put them in the van and go get fast food for dinner, just to settle them down.


It's just been a very hard week so far, and it's only Wednesday, LOL!

(you think if I put them in a box in the driveway with a sign that says "Free to good home" that would work?)

Isn't it so strange how we can over-indulge in "healthy" snacks with reckless abandon, to the same detriment as any other junkie indulgence?? This whole diet industry food scam has GOT to be ignored. I applaud your renewed focus, K!

Nope, me either, which is why I have to fall back on careful planning and be highly conscious of the fact that a bad quantity choice will increase the size of my butt (something I do NOT need).

I hope you burned a ton of calories through your active day!

Congrats on forgetting the chips, Meme!! We all need to "forget" something unhealthy in our meal plans that way, to steamline calories.

((((Dawn))))) it's so hard not having the adult interaction some days, isn't it?? I don't know how I survived being a SAHM all those years. Yes I do: I had my buddies for at least 5 of them!LOL

I know you can hit 145. Once your mind is set, there is NO stopping you!
