GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!!

Mornin', Buddies!

Did everybuddy get their lose on yesterday?  How did you do with the challenges you gave yourself?  I kept my hands out of the chip bag except for a planned serving along with a meal.  They were calling me all day though, and they were loud!

Hey, are your feet itchin'?  Are your dogs twitchin'?  That could only mean one thing!  (Actually, it could probably mean several things, but go with me on this, okay?)

It's WALKSday!!  Time to look for extra steps wherever you can find them!  I'm definitely going to use the phone trick again today, and I'm going to be on the lookout for other ways to add some walking to my day.

Have a wonderful Walksday Wednesday, Buddies!

Morning buddies,

Happy Walksday Wednesday! I hope you all have a great day!

Not much going on here today. Aiden is still snotty and coughing...he's on codein cough syrup now...I hope it helps!

Make it a great one, whatever you do today!

Today is my spin class day so no real walking for me other than around my office but I do try to take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Hello All,

Today is somewhat better. I just need to make sure I pay attention =/ I tend to move so fast I forget the small things that are extrememly important.

Today I plan to go walking, and then bennegains, and then the gym with Bill. Hopefully it'll be a better day towards the end.

How cool! I've always wanted to try a spin class. It looks like so much fun on TV!

Taking the steps instead of the elevator is a perfect way to get some Walksday steps!

well,

I went to the gym this morning. Still sick/tired, but the gym made me feel better. Plus their showers are hotter there so that always wakes me up! (I like cooler showers than most...).

Enjoy the Simple.

Well, I'm not sure I would categorize the class as fun - more like a pain in the butt until you get used to the hard seat, buy a gel pad (for the hard seat) and buy those padded biker shorts.

I got my Walksday in nice and early today. I had some mowing to do with the push mower. DH had gotten the big part of the property done with the lawn tractor so I did all the parts the riding mower couldn't get to. I was at it for 45 minutes so I got a really good work out. LOL

Have an awesome afternoon buddies!
