Happy Loseday!! Time to make our Loseday resolutions! I've been thinking that I'd like to make a resolution for the upcoming season. This is such a transitional time in my life with school starting that it feels like a good time to make some plans.
I resolve to pay more attention to what I put in my body. I resolve to eat more whole foods. I resolve to do the work involved in eating healthy and not choose the easier less healthy alternatives. I want to feel better and take better care of myself!
What resolutions would you like to make in honor of Loseday, Buddies? Let's rev up the engine on this bus and roar into the future!
I'll be at my parents' house for today, so I should be able to get in some activity in the pool. Eating well is more of a challenge, but I'm going to focus and do my best!
Have a lovely Loseday, Buddies!!

Okay unfortunately yesterday i did not get in as much activity as I wanted. I did do extra laps at lunch. But the 55 bus was not there so I had to take the other one. Luckily I did not each a WHOLE lot at the party, just tested somethings. Drank 2 fruit cocktail thingys. When I came home I was sick. So I didnt a whole lot of dinner. Had like a cup of stew. Then I got nausous. So around 10 I took a shower made tea (which tasted weird). And layed down for the rest of the night cuddling with radar. Hes a great cuddling partner til he bites your nose *rubs her nose*.
It was a fun party, I spent the majority telling my neighbors about the engagement ring. Ever since he showed it to me I cant stop thinking about ideas for the wedding hehe.
Today is gym night. Not sure what I want to lose. Id love to lose day as a work day and spend it at home :D but cant do that. Especially since tomorrow i'll be coming in super late. So I do get to sleep in tomorrow \o/
I'll keep thinking on the lose ideas for today. I have my meal planned out for today and Im going to try to stick to it since I went way over yestrterday with the alcohol.

Good morning, K! I think your resolutions are REALLY good...and doable. I love the tone of your post: no-nonsense and CAN-DO!!
MY resolution is simply to EAT LESS. Eating healthy portions is NECESSARY if I want to lose. I gained 2 pounds on my week-long holiday (have lost .2 since getting back YAY LOL), and have vowed that I will NOT be fat come Christmas...no matter what. This requires, of course, daily exercise. But more importantly for me, I have to learn what "normal" portions are. All 3 of us in the family are SUCH over-eaters, it's crazy what we have set ourselves up for. It MUST stop. We HAVE TO gain control. I saw pictures of DH and I 4 years ago when we moved into the house, and we were remarkably THINNER (ate less then, exercised daily). Perspective is everything, eh??
Anyway, thanks for getting us thinking about the changes we all need to make to attain our goals. Have a super-fun day in the pool! Hugs,

Actually right now Im feeling kinda worse. I got a verbal warning, friday a mistake I made back in june bit me. I entered a new person as salary instead of hourly and that resulted ina 30 cent check. We fixed it and payroll was fine about it but my manager found out today and reprimanded me. I feel like no matter what I do I fail. No matter how hard I try I still miss something. This is like the second or third smack in the face and something has to change.
What if I lose this job? If I lose the job I could lose bill...he starting to see a pattern in my past jobs and mistakes. What if I lose my job and him? I could lose everything. I just want to sit and cry.

(((((((Big hugs))))))))) I know exactly how you feel. I have been there many times, and the thing I have taken away from it is that maybe there is a better job out there waiting for you, and these are the signs you need to move forward.
How can you possibly "lose Bill"??? He loves you, right? What would he say to know you think that about him and his relationship to you? Give him credit...and give yourself credit while you're at it. You are NOT a failure, you are a human, apt to make a mistake now and again. If your boss is a poor motivator/coach/trainer, that is HIS problem.
You don't deserve to feel so bad. I am sending burden-lifting vibes and a sense of calm reassurance. Hugs,

I need a bit of magic dust to get me started up, along with the new resolutions.
Blessings, Candi
To cyliecat,
Ahhh, yes, wouldn't a pool be heavenly???
Good resolutions, Candi. I am sending a bunch of self-discipline and self-love covered in magic dust your way, buddy. You
