Yeeeeikes, I'm sleepy!  Somebody type something really loud and wake me up, would ya?  It's Loseday after all, and I don't want to miss a minute!


For today's Loseday festivities, I plan to clamp down on my snacking.  When we're at my parents' house, we tend to graze all day long, and we've been there enough lately that I've developed some bad habits.  I'm going to spend the day catching myself before I get to the kitchen and turning myself the other direction!  What are your plans for this lovely Loseday Tuesday, Buddies?

I went to kickboxing today, but did not stay for abs. I think I'll stick with kickboxing twice a week, abs once - otherwise I end up too sore to move. pain.

lol, yeah the list looks a bit better when I shove it into my planner it's just getting myself to follow the planner that will be the problem.

Good (barely) morning, K!


OY, I can't wake up today, either. Overslept by an hour and didn't even hear the alarm when it went off. My half-caf didn't even make a dent in the yawning and heavy eyelids. ugh. AND I have to stay for class tonight (Tues and Thurs 'til 8:15pm). WHEEEEEEE!!


On the upside, I have already sold my HR textbook this morning and have half-enough $$ now to go get my Macroecon. one. YAY!


I had a HORRENDOUS food weekend, which is turned abruptly around for this week. NO OVEREATING!!!! AND I have to walk all the way across campus to buy my textbook, so I'll make sure to walk FAST. AND I will do stairs in the business tower before class. there, that ought to do it. ;o)

Good morning, Rain! LOL About losing the homework/procrastination problem. My resolution this year was to not procrastinate, and it felt really good when I stuck to it.


Good luck getting more exercise with your ball and "thinger" LOL!
