Oh my, I am sooooooo sleepy. J ended up staying up most of last night finishing a project, and I stayed up with her. I'm definitely not as young as I used to be. All-nighters kick my fanny! I'm going to go eat a little breakfast, take some motrin, and hit the bed!

Morning Karen! I hope you get enough sleep now so you feel awake and ready to lose today!
I had a very productive weekend school-wise, but not very well health-wise. And I dunno why but I just can't seem to get re-motivated. I keep wanting to cook bad food =( and then eat it...haha! The closest thing to healthy I made was a yummy cheesy broccoli soup (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Broccoli-Crawfish-Cheese-Soup/Detail.aspx) I used shrimp, light butter, low-sodium broth, low-fat/cal creamed soups and 2% cheddar. And it was PHENOMENAL! Actually, the entire pot was less than 2300 calories when made that way- and I ate about 1/8 of the pot for dinner (it made A LOT!), so that's less than 300 calories =)
Anyways, guess I shoulda put that in the recipes folder and not here....but yeah, I need to just forget about motivation and just do it. But man, sometimes really starting back up is harder than others! Ugh, ok enough complaining!

Karen: Hope you're feeling better after some sleep, I dont think all niters are good for anyone to be honest. J is feeling better I assume? the allergies are everywhere I tell ya even my little radar is having allergy issues
My weekend was nice. Saturday we had some friends over. I didnt eat healthy i'll tell ya because we had cake and snacks. I did keep it in moderation though. We didnt eat lunch so I ate a little here and there. And cake well....no I shouldnt have had it but it was a small piece since we had to stretch it lol. I threw it out yesterday.
Yesterday was kinda lazy. I was in a mood where I wanted to do something but not really because I just love laying around watching tv. Would ahve been nicer if something worth watching was actually on. I did take radar for a few walks so I got some nice exercise in yesterday.
Today I am back on track! Had a bagelful this morning, no DD coffe \o/ yay! I plan on walking at lunch and going for a jog after dinner. Tues and Thurs will be our gym nights. So lets see how well I do.
