Hey, Buddies!
I'm up with my shoulder, so I thought I hop in here to wish you a good morning and a happy Loseday Tuesday! I don't know about you all, but I plan to make the most of this Loseday. I've been way off track lately, and I have to get back to healthy eating, glugging, and moving around. I know one thing I have to do is get some healthier food in this house, so I'm going to make a point of that today. Everything is always easier when you have good choices.

I'm sorry about your shoulder...I hope by the time you're reading this, it's feeling better.
I'm with ya for getting back on track. Between school, volunteer work, and paid work, plus all the extracurriculars at school, I've been feeling stretched to the max the past couple weeks. And so I haven't been exercising. Bad, I know.
So today I woke up an hour early (cause Lord knows my butt's done around 11pm each night, no chance of staying awake later to exercise) so I can get something in before leaving for school.
And I will eat on schedule. No random bagels. No getting a candy bar from the vending machine. No snacking on chips I shouldn't have packed. (I did all of those...yesterday! AHH!) Ok, here I go, I'm calm, I'm focused, and I'm ready to lose!

You know, not having money to buy those things makes it very easy to not eat them! lol.
I think I'm under cutting my calories too much, but honestly I'm getting full easier, and I think I'm still ok. 180-100 for breakfast. (either a slimfast muffin, or a hard boiled egg and milk).
