Howdy, Buddies!


I hope you had a good Loseday.  Mine was good for the most part.  I still need to get to the grocery store, and I'm bummed that I didn't manage to fit that in yesterday.  On the good side, I ate more fruits and vegetables and much less junk yesterday.  I snacked less in general and listened for hunger signals.  I also glugged a lot.  It felt cleansing.  I'm definitely going to continue with it today.


So, does everybuddy have their walking shoes on?  It's Walksday!  Let's find those extra steps wherever we can.  I'm going to start by not choosing the closest parking space at work this morning.  I'm going to park further away and get in some steps!

Morning Karen!

My loseday was an okay start. I at least got in some exercise...first in over a week. So that was good. But unfortunately I ate a really light dinner thinking it'd be enough. And then I had a long class at night and when I got home I was starving. So I ate another light dinner. So it was really one big dinner, just split in half.

Ah well, maybe today I'll walk it off. If I just weren't so exhausted, I think I might feel much more motivated right now =/

I hope everyone has a wonderful walksday! We're halfway to Friday!

Morning Karen and Buddies and happy Humpday! Boy this week is flying by!


I know Karen how you feel, about not getting things in that you planned. I hate it when I do that because it feels like I wasn't productive, even if I actually was.


My loseday could have been better actually. I decided to not go to the gym instead I told Bill I just really want to go home and relax which we did. We ate dinner and watched a movie and that was pretty much it. I did walk at lunch AND i walked up to the restaurant to pick up dinner. Its not that far maybe a 10-15 minute walk? So we took Radar. OMG Radar was flipping out when he saw me in the window...he tried coming into the restuarant lol, so cute he is. Then of course I ruined my walk by eating french fries. Not alot thought because I knocked them over so we couldnt finish them lol. Radar thought it was heaven though.


Today I plan to walk at lunch, I have to stay late unfortunately but I am definitely going to try to walk after dinner. I dont have anything going on except laundry but I can work around that, and that should keep me busy so I dont snack.


Getting back on track after vacation is so hard. I'll need to bust out some pics for an extra push.


Anyways I hope everyone has a good walksday wednesday!

You might need a good night sleep or some rest. Once you get relaxed and some energy in you I know you'll be off to working hard and doing your thing :)

Happy hump day buddies!


My loseday was good! I ate well, on plan, and went to the gym...can't beat that! :)


Today it is cold, dark and windy here, Fall is definitely here, and has been here for a week. Right after Labor Day Summer Ended and Fall began, just that quickly. We went from running the air conditioning to running the heat in ONE DAY!


Kids are still sick, but not as bad. Aiden didn't cough once in his sleep last night, which is major because he has for the last week. Emily has it now too, and has for a few days, but not as bad. I think they are on the way to getting better...finally!


Not much else. Frogs are doing well. We covered their terrarium with green paper and took out the brown rock wall hoping that they would turn green again. We also bought them a heater and light combo that they really seem to like. Not much else new there.

Hey.

I am mentally trying to figure out ways to boost my calories still. I did eat a good amount for dinner yesterday but that's because kick boxing made me sick (the headache thing) and my lunch and breakfast didn't stay down. Thus balanced food ended up not counting and I went and bought a bagel so I could have something in my system. I swear my body hates me. I also tasted biodiesel was I was sick, which is probably because I smelled it in the lab i worked in.

I have a very crazy week till next week thursday sadly. I NEED to get finished a work paper by monday or tuesday of next week, I have two exams on monday, Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry, both memorization of different things. And then I have two assignments to work on, one for this friday one for monday, and another exam on Wednesday, Thermodynamics. Yikes is kind of an understatement right now. lol

I work till five today and then there's choir as well so I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I'm possibliy thinking on skipping choir to have time to get things done we will see. Tomorrow is a good day for me to get alot done. Hopefully i remember to work on my Work Paper. I get off at 10:30 and only have dinner with old friends planned. Friday is another 8 to five day sadly. I probably should go in and talk to my chem E teacher about the homework due friday on thurs now that I think about it. Sorry for the info, I'm kinda reminding myself as I do this.

I'm still at 167.4 lbs and my gluts kinda hurt from kickboxing. I'm not tired today though I did drink a glass of milk and eat something different giving me a starting value of 280 calories for the day. My lunch I added baked chips so hopefully that's up to 500, and my dinner will be 400... Still low though, so I'll have to drop in a yogurt or two. I seriously at 800 calories for dinner last night, but my day ended low because of being sick, so I maybe hit 1,050 to 1200. Boo, I want to be at 1400 I think (?). I am eating any time I'm hungry though, unless in class. More like drinking milk if at home at home.

I walk to classes, so that's my walking for today. We'll see how I am tomorrow after another session of kickboxing. Hopefully I wake up for this one unlike last week! :-D

HI Dawn, sounds like you're doing well with the exercise and dieting. Good job! Sorry to hear the kids are sick, thats never fun. We've got some hints of allergies here too, and today Im in pain not sure why...so I am itching to get home. Anyways I hope the kids feel better! have a great day!

Wow you have a busy week ahead of you! Are you a bio major? My friends were and they always talked about all of those classes.


Sucks to hear about your cal intake troubles =/ I am sure you can find something. Maybe like those ensure drinks or something...they're easy because you can drink on gthe go. *shrugs* just a thought.
