GOOD Saturday morning, HAPPY weekend, and all that jazz!! YIPPEEEEEE, we made it through another work week and need to focus on ourselves this weekend. Some questions to help keep you consciously motivated:
1. What is the one thing in your losing plan that is working REALLY well?
2. What is the one thing you can improve upon this weekend (and in weeks to come) to ensure success?
3. What will be the biggest benefits to your life as you lose weight?
4. How are you going to overcome cravings, stress, boredom, or bad habits WITHOUT using food this weekend (and in weeks to come)? Make a detailed list/plan, right here, right now.
5. How are you going to burn enough calories this weekend?
6. What is the one piece of advice you would give someone in a weight-loss slump?

1. What is the one thing in your losing plan that is working REALLY well?
My portion control the past couple of weeks has been really good, and I am proud to say that because I haven't been able to say that too often in the past.
2. What is the one thing you can improve upon this weekend (and in weeks to come) to ensure success?
EXERCISE!! It NEEDS to be done, 30min per day, NO MATTER WHAT. It makes my mind and body feel fabulous and strong, and I NEED to make it a habit again, NO EXCUSES!!!
3. What will be the biggest benefits to your life as you lose weight?
Getting the confidence to be sociable again. And finding clothes that fit.
4. How are you going to overcome cravings, stress, boredom, or bad habits WITHOUT using food this weekend (and in weeks to come)? Make a detailed list/plan, right here, right now.
I am going to study, drink water, EXERCISE, do a household chore, ANYTHING but eat.
5. How are you going to burn enough calories this weekend?
Walk the dog both days (it's supposed to be sunny and lovely this weekend...YAY!), pull ut my Walking Pilates dvd and do it both days. Get down on the floor with my physioball and do push-ups and crunches both days. Squats when I am standing in the kitchen cooking. EVERYTHING I can think of. This extra weight is gonna be HISTORY by Christmas!!
6. What is the one piece of advice you would give someone in a weight-loss slump?
Be conscious of how good it feels to make great choices, and don't give up the whole day because of a bad moment. Period.

>>> Eating not out of emotion/habit, and eating enough. I've started study - eating so I went from too little calories to too much. Booo

>>> More active, feel better

>>> Music, water, tea, not having money, not making it easily avaible.

>>> Studying

>>> Figure out meals, and do something.

2. What is the one thing you can improve upon this weekend (and in weeks to come) to ensure success? Exercise....Have not been doing so well with that
3. What will be the biggest benefits to your life as you lose weight? I will feel better...less stress on knees and feet...my clothes will fit better, I will be able to do more!

Well when I was doing it last time...counting calories and doing a zig-zag plan worked great.
