Welcome to Tuesday, Buddies! It's time to choose to lose! How are you going to mark this wonderful day? My goal for the day is definitely portion control. I've been doing much better with avoiding snacking and making healthy food choices, but I've definitely let my portions of those healthy foods get out of hand. Today that's my main focus!
Other than celebrating Loseday, I have a class to teach and some paperwork to do. (Woo hoo...LOL) I also plan on taking a nap because I definitely didn't get enough sleep last night, and I'm determined to stop doing that to myself.

I hope you got those chores done! A cleaner house brings a smaller waistline =) Plus not only does it get ya moving, but who really wants to snack while cleaning a toilet? So food aversion is a plus, too! HAHA!

Let's lose that attitude. I am kinda feeling the same thing. Mine's a "wow, I feel good, and everyone says I look great, so what's the use with trying to lose more? I'm happy where I'm at."
But truth be told, I know I'm still overweight...and even if I never make it to the 150s, I really want to at least be in the 160s, and I will not stop until I at least see/feel what the 160s look like on me ;)
But I think you should also consider...
Is it possible that this is what weight your body just likes? Does it seem to stay here more naturally? Have you talked to a doc about it? Maybe this is a healthy weight for you and you're just struggling to get to a weight that isn't the best for your body? I dunno...
If you want to be smaller though, let's get there! I'm in it for the long haul with ya!

Today I would like to focus on being happy with what I have done and be happy that I have maintained weight loss for over a year.
Afternoon Ladies.....HAPPY LOSEDAY!!!
So I have to start off with...I am sooo excited that BL starts tonight.
