GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!!

Hellooooooooooooo, Buddies!!

I missed you all yesterday!  After I posted in the morning, Dan downloaded some updates that, unfortunately, totally messed up our computer.  I got home from my class and I couldn't get on the board or send emails.  I did not enjoy it at all.

So, how was your Loseday Tuesday?  I really enjoyed mine I have to say.  I did pretty well with portion control, and I felt better for it.  More of the same today!

And now, it's time for Walksday!  Got your walking shoes on?  Ready to travel?  Let's really amp this thing up today, what do you say?  The weather is getting cooler in a lot of areas, so walking will be more comfortable than it has for a while.  Let's take advantage of it!  I'm going to find some serious walking to do, and have something to post in the exercise log -- that's my Walksday commitment!!

Have a walky, wacky, wonderful Wednesday!!

((((HUGS)))) - Karen

P.S.  Did you watch The Biggest Loser last night?  I'm going to put the thread about it up in the fun folder, so we can dish without spoiling it for anyone who may have taped it.  See you down there!

Thanks!

I don't feel too badly because I'm not in over my head. While things aren't ideal, I only stress about things I can't handle. Right ow I need to just get my butt into gear, and make sure I get done what I want and need to - moving aside everything else. Once I get a pattern of studying set up, which I haven't been able to yet. I think I'll be ok. This board is really helpful though, not only do I have a good habit of eating right now and working out - (I'm going to the gym tonight with my roommate. I'll just be walking and stretching cause I hurt from kick boxing and I have that tomorrow - but still) - This board can be helpful in other things too, though I'm veerig off a bit. I can use it to keep me accountable for homework, tests, work and exams. I don't really have relationships other than friends, and then my mom, dad and brother - don't exactly have time. So no kids, no husband, no boyfriend. Which means hopefully I make a really good realtionship with my books! lol

But thanks for the hug, I promise to do better next time! :-D

What type of classes are you taking. You might have mentioned it earlier but in all the school stuff I've forgotten. - All my classes get adjusted accordingly. Ochem (the first semester of it) last year ended up so bad, that the final had 50% being a C+, and it was a 130 point final too. My journalism friend was hilarious when she went "You pass at 50 percent! I'm afraid of engineers now, because what happens when you get a job?" Maybe you had to be there, but it was sooo funny her eyes were all wide and everything!

I hope things go better for you too.

I hear ya about the exams and no time thing, 100%! At least you got thirty mins! Besides kickboxing I haven't been doing too much, though I'm going to try to go tonight. I can't go to kick boxing if I don't walk off this soreness or stretch it out or something.

((((hugs))))) on the exhaustion. Hopefully you figure out a schedule that works for you. :-D
