Guess what day it is! Welcome to Thirstday!! Doesn't that water look good? Does everyone have their gluggables handy? Plenty of toilet paper? ;o) Let's glug!!
How was your Walksday? Did you find extra steps? Mine went well, though I wasn't able to park far back in the parking lot at college like I usually do on Walksday because I was cutting the time so close. I did go grocery shopping later and parked further away, plus walking around while on the phone, and a 15 minute walk, so I'm feeling very walkerful!
Today is going to be a busy day for me - phone calls to make, class to prep for, papers to grade, running to the facilities, glugging, running to the facilities, glugging....

GOOOOOODDDDD MORNING!!
So today I have woke up refreshed, ready to put yesterday behind me and move on with today and the days to come.
Good morning buddies,
Today the kids and I are going to a local orchard with our MOMS Club. It should be fun...petting zoo, wagon rides and stuff like that. We are all very excited to go.
Foodwise I am going to try something new. I am still going to count and keep track of my calories, but I am going to keep my carbs low and see how that goes for a few days.

I forgot my gluggables at home!!! EEP!!!! I must run downstairs to the deli and grab a big water (okay, and maybe a coffee, too). THANK YOU for the reminder, K. I have been SO BAD with water lately, it's just baffling. But food intake is good (equally as baffling LOL) so I shouldn't be too hard on myself.
I didn't get as much walking in yesterday as I planned to. Jen came home with an ATROCIOUS mark in Math (she'd been doing so well on quizzes that don't count, and FAILED the test that counts). I spent all night consoling her and pumping her up to get help, advising about tutoring, etc. She

Oooh, have fun with your moms group at the orchard. Sounds like there is a TON of family stuff available to do in your area. I am so happy you made friends to do it all with!!

OOooo orchards are fun. We go to Linvilla Orchards. In the fall its so nice because they really blossom with pumpkins and fall weather. Its just so much fun. I cant wait to go back!

HI Everyone!
Hope everyone's afternoon is going well. My walksday was okay. I did get an extra lap in so I was glad.
Today Im trying to drink but Ive been busy with work and chatting. ALL the bosses are out ROFL. So we are all alone and chatting here and there. Not to mention all the phones are down lol. What a day!
Im so excited girls! I found Campbells Light Soups!!!! OMG! 100 in one bowl! How great is that?! AND I cant eat fruit cup and still come under 200 cals. This motivates me! Im going with the flow

Good job on the extra lap! And, I love light soups. Easy to make, easy to eat. I usually end up going with progresso because they end up on sale more often here, but cambells is good too!
I didn't make it to kickboxing today, but I had a appointment at 8 with the psycitrist. It went seemly well, which I'm happy about. Turns out I cycle a bit, but because I'm controlled and anti-attention seeking it's hard to tell if it's normal or not, so I have another appointment in a month.
I've postedly weekly schedule outside my door today along with my semester schedule that has all tests and quizes on it. Wow do I look busy with those things, but oh well. I'm also cutting back any activities that aren't something I love or have too. I can do things some weeks, but not every. School needs to come first. I'm so going to get my chem e done tonight so that I can see if I need help tomorrow even though it's not due till monday! :oD
Thirsty thursday is a must for me, I've been not drinking as much water lately. Maybe the need for dishes to be done? Probably.
I'm also a bit tired today. That's what I get for not going to bed til l1:45, then waking up at 6:30 though. I think sitting out in the nice sun for a bit (not enough to burn) will do me good.
And I want to hit up the thrift store here. I need some workout shirts, and sleep ones too. I also like looking at their things. I got the coolest jewelry box from a thrift store.
