GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Happy Loseday!  First of all, thank you to all of you that wished J a happy birthday.  She had a good day -- too much homework, but good otherwise.  What's wrong with these teachers anyway?  ;o)

So, the big question -- what do you want to lose today?  (Besides pounds of course.)

I want to lose huge portions.  I've found myself in the position of eating more food than I wanted several times lately because my eyes were too big for my stomach when I was serving myself.  Once I've got the food on my plate, I hate to stop -- even if I'm full!  So, today, I'm going to concentrate on putting a more sensible portion on my plate to start with and putting my fork down when I'm full - whether my plate is empty or not.

Let's have a lose-fest of a day!!

((((HUGS)))) - Karen

I dunno who sees your room, but I have a chart on the inside of my door of my wieght, but you could hang up your jeans with the jean thigh and waist measurements safety pinned to them, and then your own measurements. Inches go away even if you gain muscle and the scale goes up or stays the same. I personally need some sort of motivation in numbers or results, else I tend to move on.

On a side note, I"M SOOO FULL! I ate crepes, which aren't that bad cause I don't put anything on them, but now I want to rewind cause I forgot how much they fill me up... and Now I have 30 some left, cause I like to cook so much. I hope my roommate gets back soon and is VERY hungry. That would be nice. :-)

Enjoy the Simple.

LOL Don't fool yourself, crepes are bad (oh, don't I know it...I'll eat ANYTHING made out of dough). Anything that is mostly white flour has no nutritional content. Better to fill 'em up with lean meat and veg and a non-cream sauce, then at least you're getting some protein and fibre. Just my 2 cents. And, BOY, would crepes taste good right now....ARGH!!LOL

No problem - they aren't the dessert crepes though - just semi-normal ones.

Enjoy the Simple.
