GOOD SUNDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Happy Sunday, Buddies!

Are you having a good weekend so far?  Ours has been nice so far.  We really enjoyed our dress shopping trip, and J found a dress she really likes.  Yay!  After we got home, we watched not one but two movies because I need to pick a movie for a class assignment, and I had to test drive a few of them first.  Then we watched SNL -- which was pretty good too.  It was a fun day - lots of laughing.

Today should be fun too -- I hope.  :o)  The REDSKINS are playing Dallas -- our biggest rivals.  It should be a really good game, and I'm going to cheer my brains out for my boys!  Later tonight, we're also looking forward to the first episode of Amazing Race - my all time favorite reality show.  As for the rest of the day, it's gray and rainy and sleepy here, so I think I'll do a little reading, catch up on my emails, and maybe take a lovely nap.  (I also have to get some groceries, do some laundry, and block a scene from the Ghost Walk, but I'm choosing not to think about that right now. LOL)

Soooooo, how's your Sunday shaping up?  Got some fun planned?  Taking some time to relax?  I hope so -- you deserve it!

Have an absolutely wonderful day!

((((HUGS)))) - Karen

Good morning Karen and buddies,

Today we put Aiden's big boy up in his room. He's not ready to be out of his crib yet (and I am definitely NOT ready for him to be out of his crib yet) but it was in the basement, in boxes, and I didn't want anything to happen to it down there. Plus, my mom will be staying with us next month while Bruce goes to Las Vegas (ya...sore subject here!!!) but that way she can have our room and I can sleep with Aiden in his room.

Shortly we are going to go get a matress for his bed so that he can at least play on it and get used to having it. It's really a nice, sturdy set. Nicest furniture in our house, LOL!

Have a great day buddies!

Funny you should ask. My mom just had to have her lap band redone. She and my dad were on vacation in NC and she had really bad acid reflux, and couldn't keep any food down. When she got back she went to her doctor and her stomach had slipped through the band, part way, and was causing tons of problems. They took her into surgery and redid it right away. She said she feels a million times better now. She is down exactly 100 pounds now and looks amazing!!! She is happy where she is, size 10, and doesn't really want to lose any more (we'll see...I think she wants to say she is smaller than her kids now, LOL, but not me!!!!)

I commented on the bed down below, but I just wanted to give you a little "sore subject" hug.
