How was your weekend, Buddies? Did you find time to smile and rest and recharge for the week ahead? My weekend was lovely. Dan and the girls made me feel like a queen yesterday, and I love being the queen! LOL Even the Redskins got in on the deal and beat the Cowboys. Last night I thanked Dan for arranging that for me. ;o)
As the queen (I'm not renouncing this title - I like it!), I decree that this is going to be a losertastic week! Let's get out there and burn some calories, Buddies!

No talking about chocolate! :-( I have a small pack of kisses in my freezer, it's hard to want to cram down alot of those things when they are frozen solid! I'm doing a good job on not eating them, but I do like to try to eat everything else. I'm banning myself from my strawberry special K, cause I stopped eating it as ceral and started munching it down. I ate an entire box in two days! Where'd it all go!?
I accidently missed my frist class this morning, and better yet, it was review day for a test on wednesday - grrrrrrr. I have a friend in it, so she's gunna let me borrow her notes. Can't believe I slept in... though there was a storm last night that i woke up to.
I'm bailing out of work tonight as well. I have laundry and my work report to get done. Sure it makes sense to try to get it doen at work, but I can't focus on it at work. Too many other little mindless tasks to do.
I dunno what my weight is today ,but I know last week I only studied 12.5 hours outside of class. my goal is 28 hours per week. (That's a lot of hours!) so techinquelly I'm failing. :-( But hey, it's better than the week before of 9 hours...
I'll weigh myself tomorrow and let ya know the numbers. I need to write it down on my sheet anyway.. but I'm proud cause my pants are loose. If I can loose some more pounds before halloween I'll be happy, cause maybe I won't be so scared of wearing a skirt-costume. I'm supposed to be the female scarcrow, and my roomate is going to be dorthy. I'm also dragging out my studious friend too, I've already told her about it, so she can't say she didn't have enough time to plan ahead. :-D
I went to yoga last night with my roomate. I'm a bit sore, man fitness yoga isn't easy. They tried to get me to stand on one leg with three fingers touching the floor and my other leg paralle to the ground. HA! That didn't happen, but I did try. And, it was fun though, plus I didn't fall on my face.
Ungraceful face plant into floor is not a yoga move I want to do anytime soon.

All this talk about candy bars and donuts are making me hungry.
I've finally gotten down to not being as hungry between meals, but wow am I still hungry between breakfast and lunch. My stomach will grow in class, which is why I'm trying to bring a banana or something and eat it between classes. Growling stomach is embarrassing! :-(
I don't think I'm going to kickboxing this morning... it's 3:40 am right now, and I have 7 pages of notes left to finish. Oh, I haven't stayed up all night, I just went to bed at ten, and then woke up at 3:30. I figured my brain needed a break. Booo Paper. Boo missing sleep, not healthy, not helpful... it's college though, I guess. lol
