Happy Tuesday, Buddies!
It's Loseday!! Loseday Tuesday, choose-to-lose day! Let's get down to business -- what do you want to lose today? I want to lose my dependence on that brown stuff -- tastes good, comes in many forms, highly addictive -- you know what I mean.... I was given quite a bit of it in various forms for my birthday, and it's funny how hooked I can become in just a few days. It's time to detox and move on!
Besides detoxing, I have a class to teach at noon, and I'm looking forward to Biggest Loser tonight! How is your Tuesday shaping up, Buddies?

Morning buddy!
I think losing your dependence on the brown stuff sounds like a great plan! I wish you tons of luck, I know how difficult of a battle that is...
For me, I'm feeling a bit bummed about things. I'm trying to stay on track and yesterday I did well food-wise and I did doubly well exercise-wise (forgot I made plans to go with a friend to exercise in the evening, so I exercised in the morning, and then again at night so I didn't let my friend down...)- but anyways, I still woke up a wee bit heavier...and I really would like to hit my goal by friday...so I need to figure something out.
Anyways, my thing to lose today is big dinners. Although I was within calorie limits yesterday, I probably didn't need 4 tacos. HAHA! I was so hungry by the time I got around to eating, I ate 4! Yikes! So I skipped dessert. They were about 150 calories per taco, so I used my dinner and my dessert calorie budget, but ah well, they were good. But tonight I will eat less at dinner, even if it means eating earlier.
Anyhoo, I hope everyone has a fabulous day! Let's lose buddies!!

I can understand the highs and lows (and the desire to get rid of them!) - you just had a very fabulous and emotional experience and sometimes that throws ya for a loop. You'll get back to good soon!

Morning Buddies! Lose day...what should I lose? Ah! The bag of brown covered brown things hehe. I'll lose those. Yesterday was cool I did 30 minutes in the pool. Sadly though I chickened out of the swimming lane. Im such a scaredy cat. So instead I did some walking, swimming, then Just hung off the edge and did some bicycle moves with me legs. i guess thats good. Also I weighed in. Im back down to 218 which is where I was at before vacation. I have to say I am shocked. BUT! I am not going to allow myself to be rewarded for that. Because okay yes I was able to get rid of vacation pounds. But I still have work to do.
