Good morning, my Buddies!  I'm going to post, and then I'm going to bed.  This just doesn't seem to be my week to sleep.  J's alarm started going off at 4:00 this morning - still set from yesterday I think - she just kept hitting the snooze over and over and over....  She and Dan can sleep through that kind of thing, but I can't, so by 4:30 I was wide awake and irritated. LOL  She's off to school now, and I'm going to bed.  I have a class to teach this evening, and if I don't sleep between now and then.....oh, dear.


Anywho, how did your Walksday go?  I feel good about mine.  I've noticed that my pace is picking up and my stride is getting longer.  I really moved through the parking lot yesterday -- it felt good!


PhotobucketHmmmmm, I'm feeling....what is it?  Could it be thirsty??  Thank goodness it's Thirstday!  Good ol' Thirstday coming along just when I need it.  I think a day of hydration (and sleep, LOL) is just what I need.  I'm going to go get myself a glass of water and then climb into bed.


What kind of day do you have planned, Buddies?  I hope it's hydratey and happy!

Good job on the extra walking Mary! You play in bell choir!? I use to at my home church. The one here in college doesn't have one :-( I played the really massive bells (A, F, and D on the clef scale) They were low, but it was the only notes i could play well cause we never had to do sixteenth notes too often, or if we did we had mallets!

Karen, I hope you get your sleep in. I finally got a good nights rest=== and then missed my kickboxing class. :-( Why? I've missed it all week now. I feel bad.

I'm at 166.6 pounds right now. I really need to drink more water, and then get another good nights rest. I have an organic chemistry test tomorrow, where I'll have to make ethers and other groups. There's a review session tonight which leaves no room for gym time now that I missed my kickboxing class. :-( Sad day.

I have to take my car in today. I finally have to buy that stupid rim for it. Pout! Not cool, not cool... I was hoping to make it to spring so I'll have alot saved so that it won't empty my bank account - but alas, you gotta do what you gotta do. I can't handle living pay check to pay check. I can't even handle living 1 ahead... So I'm probably going to go extra frugal from here on out to make up for it. Ah well, frugal is good. I still spend money, I just pick and choose what I spend.

Well, I'll drop back in later I gotta go catch the bus. :-)

Morning! Or should I say good night to Karen? :) hehe I dont blame you for going back to bed Karen, In fact if i could go back to bed now I would hehe.


Yesterday was okay. I didnt get to walk at lunch because we had an orientation and we were kinda busy with that. I was back and forth between the office and the lunch room. Unfortunately too I ate alot at lunch. So to make up for it I ate a nice salad at dinner and no snack :D


Today Im gonna try harder to watch what I eat. Im also going to walk at lunch. Today should be pretty calm so I think I shouldnt have any trouble doing that. Oh and yes drinking lots and lots of water.

Busy busy little bee you are. Good night sleeps are the best. I had one last night and im feeling alot better than i was this week. I dont know how manage everything with such a busy schedule. Sorry to hear about your car =/ I take the bus all the time so I dont drive anywhere. But cars can be extremely expensive.
