Hap-hap-happy Loseday, Everybuddy!  What do you want to lose today?  I know exactly what I plan to lose.  I want to lose my nervous eating.  I'm stressed lately, and I've started nibbling constantly - to the point of being uncomfortably full.  I have to stop it, and today I will.  I'm going to do my best to listen to my body, to eat when I'm hungry, and to stop when I'm full.  I'm also going to look for alternative ways to burn off/alleviate stress like herbal tea, video/computer games, phone calls, prayer, etc.

Hi All! Happy Loseday,


Okay so I need to lose my hunger pangs or pains or feelings or whatever the heeck you call them. Yesterday I had a lean cuisine for lunch, then went on my walk about a half hour after, at a rice cake at like 2 and by 3 I was hungry so by 6 when I was on my way home I was starving ah! Not cool not cool at all.


Maybe I need to walk before lunch hm....I guess I could try that. I have a snack for today. I could try eating that around 10-11 walking at 12, lunch at 1 -2, then i would walk home from the bus stop. That should work...I hope.


Anyway have a great day buddies.

Good Morning Karen and buddies,

Today I want to lose my afternoon snacking,so I need to eat my lunch later and add more protein.I think that will help me alot,oh and when I get the urge to snack have a glass of water.I did really well on my water yesterday,but I didn't get as much as I wanted to so I will be working on that.

Hey Karen,


How about meditation or some basic yoga poses to help allieviate some of that stress? I know downward dog can help out with stress, especially if DH is in the room, LOL. Bruce always cracks me up laughing when I do that with all his..ahem..."comments"...LOL. Just a thought... ;)

Today I am going to lose this sickness!!!! I am sick and tired of being sick and today is the first day that I actually feel like I will get better! So, that, along with the comfort eating I've been doing while sick...those are OUTTAHERE!!!!!

Awwwww, thank you!


My son is 22 months today (I can't believe he will be two soon!!!) and my daughter is 3 1/2! They are our fertility miracles, after 11 years, 3 months and 22 days of trying to conceive (but who was counting, LOL).

I think I am probably a bit older then you are,I'll be 42 in November.My son is 16 and my dd is 14.My dd is a handful,she's my drama mama..lol..Ryan just goes with the flow.But I wouldn't have it any other way,I love them to death.
