GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Hap-hap-happy Loseday, Everybuddy! What do you want to lose today? I know exactly what I plan to lose. I want to lose my nervous eating. I'm stressed lately, and I've started nibbling constantly - to the point of being uncomfortably full. I have to stop it, and today I will. I'm going to do my best to listen to my body, to eat when I'm hungry, and to stop when I'm full. I'm also going to look for alternative ways to burn off/alleviate stress like herbal tea, video/computer games, phone calls, prayer, etc.

Today my goal was lose my urge to go for take out since my DH is out of town on a business trip. Instead of going for the nearest burger or taco or pizza joint. I grilled my DS & I boneless skinless chicken breasts on the Foreman grill and had some of our home canned green beans to go with it along with wheat rolls. I hope you lost that nervous eating....
