GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Hap-hap-happy Loseday, Everybuddy!  What do you want to lose today?  I know exactly what I plan to lose.  I want to lose my nervous eating.  I'm stressed lately, and I've started nibbling constantly - to the point of being uncomfortably full.  I have to stop it, and today I will.  I'm going to do my best to listen to my body, to eat when I'm hungry, and to stop when I'm full.  I'm also going to look for alternative ways to burn off/alleviate stress like herbal tea, video/computer games, phone calls, prayer, etc.

I hope you have a fabulously lose-y Loseday!

For some people that's much easier said than done.

Annoyances at work are so hard to deal with (or, not deal with as the case may be). You want to throttle them some days, or give them the last piece of your mind, but you have to ignore 95% of it. Frustrating. She and her boss sound very much like high-maintenance attention-seekers. Not my favourite kind of people to be around (too energy draining).

BUT I am so happy for you having a quiet day!!!
