GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!!

Well, lookie at me sitting at my computer in my fuzzy robe when I have a class to leave for in an hour. LOL  I swear if my students could see me before classes.... 


So, how did your Loseday Tuesday go?  Were you able to do some losing?  I feel like I definitely made progress - opted for tea instead of food several times, managed not to stuff myself.  I'm still not entirely pleased though, so this is an ongoing project.


Today is Walksday!  Where will you find extra steps today?  I think I'm going to combine my Loseday goal and my Walksday goal and make a plan to walk off some of my stress instead of eating.

OKay loseday was not as successful. I was still hungry coming home. Not as bad, I did stop and grab a snack to h old me over till dinner. Now dinner...we went to KFC. I got ate strips and cole slaw. Thats it because its all I could eat lol. I had those um whatamacallits wedges but I just couldnt eat them. And we got those boneless wings. COuldnt eat those either lol. I was so stuffed after my chicken and mini salad and bun I just couldnt do it. And im rather proud of myself for not forcing it.


Today I'll go for a walk at lunch, I'll try to do some extra laps. Yesterday I got some extra steps in after work I stopped at target and then walked home. Its going to get hardder to do that as it gets colder out. I'll have to start thinking of ways around that to make up for the extra steps I'll lose.

Good Morning Karen & Buddies,

A fuzzy robe Karen,I want a fuzzy robe..lol..my girls love theirs,Ashley lives in hers on the weekends,she'd wear it to school if she could.My loseday went pretty well,we didn't celebrate with food yesterday when we got our exciting news.I didn't get a walk in and I won't get one today,because it's raining..YAY..we need the rain so bad here.So I will be popping in a exercise dvd this afternoon.

Well buddies I gotta run,gotta go get Ashley from school and take her to the ortho for new bands on her braces.She's so excited she gets her pallet exspander out today.PTL

Morning...hubby was kinda sick to his stomach yesterday...so that is a worry...today he feels better.....It has been hard since we have not been so active....I have been in the house too much, and too close to the food.....Today the sun is shining so need to get out for a walk....the fresh air and exercise will do me good!

Good morning, K, and congrats on drinking tea instead of snacking!! Atta way to put yourself in a losing frame of existence!


I was really not feeling well for most of yesterday, so my calorie intake was pretty low. On the upside, I drank a ton of fluids and got a lot of FAST walking done (walking to and from and to and from a meeting that was a fair distance from my office). YAY! Today is all about loose ends for me. Tying them all up (work stuff, appointments that need to be made, homework, BL LOL, and exercise during BL). I will also walk to the end of campus TWICE or do 10 flights of stairs during the day, no fail.


Hope you have a GREAT class, buddy!!! Hey, you mentioned a while back that you had to pick a movie for a class...did you ever pick one? What was the purpose?

Good morning, Barb! Congrats on cooking a healthy meal for you and DS!! I know how habitual it is to take the easy (not healthy) way out when DH isn't home, so I really applaud that effort!!

Hey, good morning, Cass! Congrats on not "forcing" yourself to keep eating and on getting some extra activity!! YAHOOOO!!


I know what you mean about the colder weather. It isn't even at freezing here yet and I don't want to be outside (my poor dog becomes really neglected, walk-wise, in winter). :( BUT at least you go to the gym and there are tons of other ways to burn calries, so we can't make weather an excuse for inactivity....right?? ;o)
