GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Mornin', Buddies!

Guess what day it is!  I'll give you some hints:  It's a very special day for us.  It's not Gainsday.  It's bigger than a breadbox.  It rhymes with Chooseday.

Got it?  Yep, that's right -- It's LOSEDAY!!!

So, what do you want to lose today?  I think I want to lose eating on auto-pilot.  I have a lot on my mind lately, and I get started thinking about everything I have to do while I'm eating, and before I know it, the food is all gone, and I don't even remember eating it!  I need to focus on my food, so I can be satisfied at the end of a meal and not be tempted to go back for more.

Have a terrific Loseday, Everybuddy.  I'm off to prep for my classes.  I start a new one today -- 4 hours long!  Yeeeeeeikes!  Luckily, it's a public speaking class, so I don't have to do all the talking. ;o)

Morning Buddies....*Sighs* Im just in a worried/bummed mood today. I think it'll actually make for a good loseday if I can get rid of this negative feeling. Ready?

Okay some of you know I mentioned how my McCain sign was torn. It was completely destroyed as we cant use it anymore. This is the 2nd time someone has tried to do damage to it. Yesterday someone knocked over 2 of my halloween luminears. And it wasnt the mail man because we didnt get mail. They were on the steps and the steps are pushed back so its not like someone can walk by and knock them by accident, you'd have to be all the way up to get near them. Mean while we';ve been noticing trash being put on our yard. And the same goes for our yeard...you'd have to be on it. There are no sidewalks so people have to walk in the street and since we have cars infront of the house someone would have to go around them to get to the yard.

I jsut cant help but to think this will continue and get more drastic. I keep thinking about Radar...see we dont lock our front door because the porch is setting and we physically cant lock it. We do have a security system. But by the time the police get there, someone could get in, snatch radar and leave, or get in, do soemthing quick damage and flee before being noticed.

Am I crazy to think this way? My mom has no faith in anything so she worries unbelievably and Im worried im gonna end up that way.

Good Morning Karen and buddies

It's already Loseday,I've been busy cleaning and doing laundry...WHEW..Glad it's all done.I'm such a clean freak it drive my husband nuts..lol We had so much fun at the Georgia Aquarium on Saturday, but man was it packed.Which really surprised me because It's so expensive to get in and with this crappy economy and our gas prices are still pretty high here.We got in free, because of my husband company party, otherwise noway.

My plan is going really well,I'm down 2lbs and I'm doing great with drinking water. Thanks so much Cass and Dawn for the wonderful suggestions,it's made a world of difference.I haven't started journaling yet because I'm to lazy.I know I need to but,I'm just plain lazy when it comes to writing things down..(OK I'm Bending Over kick me in the rear,I deserve it)

I hope ya'll have a great day

Yes, I would worry too. It is funny how election time brings out the worst in people. I know I've expressed my choices in my siggy and took them out because people get so upset, and do horrible things to people they don't agree with. I'm sorry this is happening to you. Just because people disagree, or don't chose to vote or support the candidate you do, doesn't give them the right to vandalize your property. I would report it to the police, just as a side not, just to have it on record incase they do something worse, God forbid!

Good morning buddies,

Today I would like to lose all the bugs we've caught lately. I've had both types of flu bug in the last 2 1/2 weeks. So, that is what I would like to lose!!!

Not much going on today. I've picked up the house...imagine what that looks like with both Mom and Dad being sick the last 3 days! It looks liveable again today.

Make it a great one!!!

I really think you need to let the police know whats going on.Politics really brings the nastiness out it people.I am a McCain/Palin supporter and I had a McCain/Palin graphic on my myspace page,OMG I got the nastiest messages from what I thought were my friends.I'm not gonna hide who I am,but I refuse to talk politics because it always turns mean.Hang in there Cass and I hope you figure out who's doing this.

Something's def going around bug wise. A few people are sick here. I hope you feel better. And we did make a police report when the signe was destroyed last week. Im supposed to go to the gym today. I may go home and check on the house and then go because im a nervous wreck. Then again I may jsut forget and go straight to the gym lol. But yes the police know so now if they do anything more we have a case. Hopefully its just some kids being kids.

I would definitely get a contractor to come in and see what can be done about getting your door to lock. If something happened, you would have no legal recourse with the door being unlocked. Protect yourself any way you can (even a chain lock or some other temporary fix?? I don't know, I'm just throwing out the ideas as they pop into my head.

Hope you find a really good solution. Living in fear is no fun. Hugs,
