I know Karen will chime in at some point with her happy-dancin' lady, but in the meanwhile, let granny keep the beat with you!LOL Rejoice, buddies, the weekend is almost here!

GOOD MORNING!!! I am at the end of a horrendous week but trying to keep a smile and make the best of it. I plan to walk around campus a LOT today, eat in moderation, and shrug off/breathe through the stress instead of internalizing it all. Sounds like a healthier plan that gorging on some sugar-laden self-punishment.

What is your plan for today (and the weekend)?? Let's all motivate and inspire each other to be conscious losers through the weekend...BIG HUGS,

Weekends are hard for me to stay on track but I just loaded the kitchen with lots of veggies and fruits. Tonight I am cleaning out the fridge and dumping all the junk! My main goal today is to watch my snacking and if I really need a snack I will grab the fruits/veggies instead of the candy/cookies/junk! I will also take the puppy for a walk tonight, I promised my 4 yo step-son he could help walk her so I am already contracted into that. He does NOT let me off the hook! LOL

Oooh, yeah, kids and dogs will keep you accountable for sure! And that's a good thing. Keep making those kinds of promises to your stepson! ;o)

I think "dumping the junk" is the best way to keep temptation from taking over. That's the only way I stay away from junk, is to keep it out of the ouse. I need to go re-stock all of my fresh stuff for the weekend, too (thanks for the reminder!).

I think a trainer is a great idea to keep you going in the right direction and to help you progress. Weight training provides so many more benefits than just weight loss. I love feeling SO strong and lean. GO FOR IT, H!!

Have a giggle or tow in Orlando...we'll keep your seat warm 'til you get back!! Hugs,

Hearty congrats on giving in to all of the temptations, Amy!! That is particularly tough when one is sleep-deprived, so you are doing yourself proud!! I am sending deep-sleep-all-night-long vibes your way. Have a lovely Friday!!
