Good Sunday Morning, Buddies!

I hope you are all enjoying a successful weekend, eating well, burning calories, and LOSING! My oh-so-important challenge for each of you today is to take a minimum of 30 minutes and do something JUST for YOU. Meditate, read, soak in a bubble bath, exercise, pray, plan out your success strategy for the week....ANYTHING, as long as it is JUST for YOU (as a bonus, everyone else in your life will benefit, but this challenge is to make yourself feel refreshed and ready to tackle anything).
I want to hear all about it and I'll be asking. Don't let yourselves down. And ENJOY...life is too beautiful to sulk or stress or not choose to do the BEST for yourself!! BIG HUGS,
