Whew!  What a week and what a weekend!  Between rehearsals, classes, visit from MIL, visit from K (o:, and being s-i-c-k, I feel like I've lived in a fog for days.  My cold is starting to improve some, but nature abhors a vacuum, so I've got cramps now -- wouldn't want to feel too good.  LOL  I started catching up on the board last night, but then J needed the computer for homework, so I'll try to finish up today.


Anyway, how are you my lovely buddies?  Did you have a good weekend?  I hope so.  I'm really wanting to get losing this week.  I've been hovering a couple of pounds above my ticker for weeks now, and I'm not happy about it. This is the week I plan to start whittling away at that cushion!

Oh Karen, hope those cramps are gone by now. Who the heck does that ol' bag think she is?

I'd offer to shoe her away, but I'm afraid she'd plan an attack on me ;)

(Oh wait, she'll do that anyways, won't she?)

Ok, well I'm in agreement, let's lose this week!! I've decided for the first time in years I will be dressing up for Halloween and I want to look cute. No, really I typed cute, but my brain was saying "hot" - haha! Ok, I'll admit it, I wanna look hot! That said, I want to lose a few of these extra pounds I've put back on before then!

Is everyone feeling poorly today?

I hope you're better by now, buddy! And don't worry too much if you skip a day working out. I remember hearing somewhere that the first two days of your period you shouldn't work out anyways because you're body is dealing with that and you don't wanna strain it. Well, maybe a walk or something would be nice.

Oh, and DRINK UP!!
