GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Happy Loseday, Buddies!  Oooooo, it's cold here this morning.  It's only in the 30's, but we actually had windows open yesterday (and we left them open overnight), so we woke up to frosty conditions.  Brrrrr.

So, how are you today, Buddies?  Been thinking about what you want to lose today?  I have.  I think I'd like to lose my lack of planning.  I've been so busy that I haven't been thinking about meals ahead of time.  The result has been some less-than-healthy take out food.  I'm going to give more thought to how we're going to eat for the rest of this busy week.

Have a lose-fest of a day, Buddies!

What a perfect time of the year to live in a forest!

I don't think that's a bad "splurge" considering the detox you're about to start.

I was *kinda* good today. I got a really bad chocolate craving and had one small snack size baby ruth. It was good, but it was the only one I allowed. Then I took the calories out of my dinner's allotment, so really it wasn't bad at all.

I'm really wanting more chocolate now, but I think I'll have a SF hot cocoa now.

Hi buddy!

I'm good. Constantly tired feeling, up a little weight wise, and a little behind on school work, but I'm good!

You sound like you've been super busy lately, too. I hope things are going well, though!

I saw your post about having more to handle at work...have you considered telling your boss about it? Maybe making a list about everything you do and whatnot? I've had to do this once before and my boss was actually very receptive about it. I just don't think he realized what all I did, so it was eye-opening for him. We ended up getting an assistant because of it, actually!

I hope things work out well either way!
