GOOD MONDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Happy Monday, Buddies!  What are your plans for today?  I have all kinds of paperworky things to do -- bills, turning in my jury duty forms, grading papers, planning class.... I'm not sure my poor heart can take all this excitement. LOL  Oh, here's something non-paperworky that I'm doing -- getting a flu shot!  (Wow, I really need to plan my days better.)  ;o)

On the good news front, Jolie has no school today, so we didn't have to get up at 6:00.  Any day is better if it doesn't start at 6:00.

Have a marvelous Monday, Buddies!!

I got water up my nose when I went for an apple, and ended up coughing for a half hour. Sadly, my friends all knew that this was typical of me. I normally can't go underwater without plugging my nose... At least everyone was laughing, including me. How many people nearly drown in a bucket? lol

Funny thing, I tried again - and that went over a bit better, but I still ended up inhaling water! :-)

I like your new siggy by the way Amy.

Enjoy the Simple.

Good morning, Meme! Ooohh, I can't stand unexpected expenses, but I know it'll all work out somehow. I keep the phrase, "I don't need what I haven't got" in my head for moments like that, and then it's easier to deal with. Glad to hear the car will be back soon.

Have a fantabulous day!

Good morning buddies.

Wow, what a day so far! The kids and I got up and got ready and went out to breakfast at Perkins. After that grocery shopping. OMG...thise kids were THE WORST THEY HAVE EVER BEEN...EVER!!!!! I became THAT Mom that lost it and yelled at the kids in the middle of the store. OMG, they were horrible, and SO lucky they survived the trip!!! I have NEVER seen my children act this way...I almost cried in the store!!!!

Anyway, we're home now. I have been having bad pain in my gall bladder so today I am doing a flush. I am eating organic green apples, and then tonight I have to drink olive oil with lemon juice. I know, it sounds harsh, but worth it to flush out my gall bladder and not have this pain and all the other things that go with it. Wish me luck, buddies!

Have a great Monday!

We had planned on riding the motorcycle away but we partied so hard we were in no shape to drive so MIL drove us to the hotel which was only a block away. We did however pull a last minute and our DJ did an announcement for our grand entrance (after pics) and as he was announcing his name DH started up the bike and revved it up and then we drove in to the backyard. It was a lot of fun :-)

Mary, I can't even imagine going shopping without the kids...that must be sooooooooo nice! :)

Aiden opened the box of Cars fruit treats and dumped them all out all over the floor. He then bit open a package of hotdogs and the juice squirted out and covered me and his face. Emily pulled something off the shelf and it came unpackaged all over the floor. After yelling at her, she attached herself to my leg, crying her head off, and wouldn't let go. So here I am, in the middle of the aisle covered in hotdog juice, with a screaming 1 year old and a 3 year old attached to my leg crying her eyes out.

When we're finally done and paid for (Aiden cancelled my ATM transaction and I had to enter it all again) we walked out to the car only to NOT find our car. My first thought was "Oh great, on top of everything else our minivan was stolen too???". I then realized I walked out the wrong door and we had to walked all the way across the parking lot to where our van was parked. Since we were covered in hotdog juice the bees were attracted to us and were swarming us. Both kids were screaming "Bees!!! Bees!!! Beeee!" and screaming and I was trying to swat them away. After getting them both in their carseats and buckled in, we had a bee in our car on the way home. They both began to scream again. Luckily I was able to just roll down Aiden's window and it flew out.

It was a trip, I tell ya!
