Haaaaaaaaaaappy Thirstday!!!  Got your water holsters strapped on?  Are you packing water?  Let's glug!!!

What is your day looking like between trips to the ladies' room?  What's on the schedule?  I'm going to be grading papers this afternoon and then I've got a class to teach tonight.  I'd also like to get a little tidying done around here.  We had it looking pretty good about a week ago, so I know there's a clean house under all the stuff we've dropped.

Have a great gluggamugga of a Thirstday, Buddies!!

Good morning, Karen!

On my agenda....trying to finish all of the work that had a deadline of this past Monday (not our fault, we didn't get the content for the course we're building until Friday at 4pm...yeesh). I need to find time to do some accounting homework. Then the accounting class tonight. Then home, sweet home.

BUT amidst all of THAT fun, I WILL run stairs again ("run" is maybe too strong of a word). LOL I WILL drink a ton of water (going right now to fill my bottle). I WILL eat healthfully and in moderation. WHEEEEEE!!! Losing weight is FUN!!!

Have a fabu day!

Morning Karen

I need a thirstday- I've been drinking all coffee and soda all week, trying to stay awake and I really need to drink water! Well, I can't give up the caffeine yet, but I'll just add more water in between those!

Last weekend was bad for me and I still haven't lost any. I keep holding steady. I wanted to be down by thanksgiving, but I don't know if that will work or not.

I have sad news though. Well weight-related sad news. DH stepped on the scale for the first time in about a year and he's gained over 30 pounds. Ugh! So he decided he needs to lose and wants me to start cooking smaller/healthier meals. And he said he'll try to start some sort of exercise too. I hope he does. I'm scared for him. He actually only weighed himself because I said something like 3 times alluding to that possibility. And he did and was really upset. I feel like a bad wife pointing that out, but I really am worried about him. And I feel like it's my fault. I have to get this together.

Happy Thirstday Buddies,I got my water sitting right here next to me on the desk and I've been glugging away.I woke up with a killer sinus headache,It's suppose to rain tomorrow so that could be why I feel so yucky today. My sinuses are a strange thing.I hope you all have a happy health day.

Hi Gretal,I just wanted to give you a (((BIG HUG))) and tell you it's not your fault your dh has gained weight or that you pointed it out to him.I use to blame myself for the same thing with my dh Greg, and then I came to realize it's not my fault.I felt like it was because I'm the one that does the shopping and the cooking, but I'm not the one who made him eat 2 helpings at dinner time.I now make less food and I try to make better choices in the way I perpare it.My dh also has high cholesterol so I really have to be careful.I'm pretty sure your dh just knows you love him and want him to be healthy.
