GOOD SUNDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Sun, 11-09-2008 - 10:40am

Happy day, Buddies!  I hope you're having a wonderfully refreshing and relaxing weekend.  Do you have any plans for today?  I don't really have anything specific planned -- paper grading and watching the Amazing Race, but I don't know what else.  My Redskins are off this week, so no football for me.  Siiiiiigh.

Have a great day, Buddies -- refresh and recharge for another week of losing!

Good afternoon, Karen! Thanks for the reminder about AR. Every Sunday I seem to "remember" halfway through, and this way I can set the tv timer to begin at the beginning. LOL

Today I need to really dig into the accounting coursework, but so far I have been LAZY. I know I have Tuesday off from work (Remembrance Day) so I am feeling I have a little bit of leeway to procrastinate (hence, my catching up here and spending time on non-school stuff....like RELAXING LOL). I will get my exercise again later, though, even is the coursework falls by the wayside. ;o)

Hope you plow through the grading quickly and can enjoy the day a bit.

((((((Rain))))))) I'm sorry everything has been so stressful, buddy. But I have to agree with concentrating on your grades. When you alleviate that stress, you will have less reason to stress-eat, so it'll be beneficial all around.

I hope you feel refreshed after all of your rest. I'm glad to hear that your eye has healed. BIG hugs,

Thanks for the hugs. Because of the time extention on some of the homework, I think I can do things in an order that will get everything done without me burning out within these next two days. It's funny how easily we can get set back, by a little thing. I'm hoping to re-prove myself these next few weeks in my classes. I do really want to do well, it's just I get worn out sometimes. I need to find better things to help with that. And learn to say no to friends more.

Thanks for listening! :-)

Rain

Enjoy the Simple.

I've never heard of an ulcer on the eye, but it can't feel good.

Yes, a no-obligation day was exactly what the doc ordered. I wonder why it invokes feelings of guilt, though?? ;o)

YES, I DID watch AR from the beginning to the end! All I can say is that I have been hoping for a while that the "mean girls" (divorcees) were going to be OUT. And I LOVED seeing Tina with green hair (finally seemed to loosen her up a bit LOL).
