GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Brrrrrrr!  Winter is here!  It's in the 30's today, and while I know that's balmy for some of our northern buddies, it sure feels like cold to me!  I guess it's only fair.  It is November after all.  We have nice autumny weather for way longer than we had any right to.

Anywho, here we sit -- me and my fuzzy robe -- typing away when we should probably be getting ready to teach class.  (Yes, I've officially granted personhood to my robe.)  :o)  No jury duty again today, so I'll have class and then come home and start grading papers for tomorrow's class.  I also have some cleaning to do, and of course I need to do some WALKING!

What are your plans for this lovely (cold) Walksday, Buddies?  I hope your walks all lead to wonderful places -- like Loserville!

Heya Buddies,

Just wanted to pop in and say hi. Sorry Im still not around as often, I've just been really busy and really stressed. I am feeling better. My coworker who sits next to me had a pep talk with me and it really made me feel better and look at things differently.

Anyway I hope all is well with everyone Im off to go walking!

I am grateful that you have such a supportive co-worker. Sometimes it just takes the right words to turn things around a bit. Big hugs...get back here when you can!

Oooh, sweaty does not mix with windy-cold. I hate that chilled feeling. Hope you're able to get toasty again.

On a bright note, if you were sweating then that probably means you were burning calories, too, so GOOD ON YA, Mary!! Hope DH feels better soon and doesn't share the germs.

Hey buds,

I hope everyone is well today. I am still feeling icky. I thought it was too much celebrating Bruce's birthday, but that wouldn't last THIS long. I have a headache, stiff sore neck and shoulders, some nausea and fatigue. I just want to sleep all the time. Not good with two little kids. Luckily, when Aiden naps Emily can be on her laptop and I can lay on the couch. I just can't seem to shake this fatigue feeling. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that there is NO sun any more...just gray and yucky all the time. Who knows, but I hope I can shake it soon.

Enjoy your day, buddies! :)

I hope you shake it, too, ((((Dawn))))), that doesn't sound like very much fun. Maybe a trip to the doc to rule out anything worse than Seasonal Affective Disorder? I hear that full-spectrum lights really help with SAD when winters don't provide enough sunlight. Just a thought (I'm thinking of getting one for myself).

BIG hugs. Hope the kids are really good and let you rest.
