GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Happy Loseday!  I'm getting a late start today because I woke up with a headache, but I took a little nap and it's pretty much gone now.  Yay!

I know exactly what I want to lose today for Loseday.  I want to lose my forgetfulness -- or maybe I should call it my lack of planning.  I was getting ready for bed last night when I realized I still hadn't done any exercise.  I was determined to exercise so I could post it for the challenge, and it completely slipped my mind.  I won't forget today!

How are you celebrating Loseday this week, Buddies?

Have a wonderful Loseday Tuesday!

((((HUGS))))) - Karen

P.S.  Don't forget to post your water and exercise for yesterday in the Daily Reports folder.  The challenge is ON!  :o)

Good morning, Karen! That's a really good connection you've made between forgetfulness and planning. Schedule it in, write it down, keep it handy and visible....no excuse of forgetfulness then, right?

Today, I am going to lose my procrastination over all things related to school. I have a final next week, a paper due, and another final the week after. I ahve done nothing to prepare for any of it. BUT the health-related stuff is right on track. LOL

I wish you luck burning a ton of calories today!

Oh, this is miserable! I just typed a whole long reply and then I accidentally hit the backspace and it took me back a page and all my stuff is gone gone gone.

I'm not having a good day. Feel sick. Without too much gross detail, I had no idea a nasal cavity could hold so much. Tissues are nearby. Now I'm at home, taking the morning off because my final trial in trial practice class is tonight and I think it'd be best if I'm semi-conscious.

Anyways, the point of my post that shoulda been here is that I gained over Turkey day. Just couldn't say no...to anything. And I was good about portion control, but not good about selection. Not that there was much way to be good with selection. Even the corn was soaking in butter in a crock pot. Oy. But I tried to be as good as possible. White meat over dark, regular potatoes over sweet potato casserole, etc etc.

I haven't actually weighed in, but I can tell I'm up. And now I'm too sick to exercise. Tried to yesterday for the challenge. Right after my Sudafed kicked in, I went up and down four flights of stairs two times. I was hoping for five - didn't happen, couldn't breath.

Oh well, maybe today I'll get more in. Sigh. At least I'm eating healthily again.

((((Gretal)))) just take care of that bug and the rest will fall into place when you're feeling better. I hope you can get a lot of rest today and kick some serious butt tonight at your final trial!! Big hugs and garlicky chicken soup vibes,

Thanks Roni, I figure I have to. It's not easy missing a day of class, especially this late in the semester, but I can't be sick when studying for finals. Just can't be.

So lots of rest and reading. And more rest. And water, lots of water, too.

Good morning my lovelies...

Today I would like to lose my laziness. I've been not exercising for way too long. So, today I am starting up again. We just bought a new elliptical machine from Costco (of course, LOL), the NordicTrac Commerical 1300, and man, is it a butt-kicker! Way, WAY harder than our old one, and that's on the beginning setting! I am still going to go to the gym, but I thought I would give it a try.

Right now Emily is playing her Disney Princess video game for the WII. She is so good at it, for a 3 year old. It just amazes me to watch her play. Although, she gets really cranky and whiny when she gets to a place she thinks she's stuck. I hate whiny, LOL...drives me insane!!!

I am also bringing back my motto...BRING IT ON!...I've lost that mentality and I need to get back to believing in myself and whatever is put in front of me.

Have a great loseday buddies!
