Happy Loseday! I'm getting a late start today because I woke up with a headache, but I took a little nap and it's pretty much gone now. Yay!
I know exactly what I want to lose today for Loseday. I want to lose my forgetfulness -- or maybe I should call it my lack of planning. I was getting ready for bed last night when I realized I still hadn't done any exercise. I was determined to exercise so I could post it for the challenge, and it completely slipped my mind. I won't forget today!

I just finished cleaning my house and it's time for a exercise video.I found that we have a really fun exercise channel on our cable,I think I'm gonna give it a try.I get so bored I need to mix it up a bit.
I need to lose my laziness for exercising and I always make excuses to not do it.I'm done no more excuses.I have so many ways to get in exercise I just don't do it.My new Motto needs to be "JUST DO IT"
