Hello everyone, I was told about this board from another board. My name is Rochelle and I'm married to a wonderful DH. We got 2 girls and 1 son who's in heaven. We from Perth, Australia. I need to lose 100lbs and only thing holding me back is my broken ankle, since I can't exercise.


I can't wait to get to know everyone here!

I'm sorry about the ankle, but sitting-exercise is still possible to get your heart rate up, burn calories, and tone muscles. What kinds of changes are you making with food to ensure success while your ankle heals?

I hope you find the kind of support and accountability you eed here and jump right in anywhere/everywhere. I look forward to sharing our successes together!

Chair exercises are just exercises you can do seated.

I need to start eating breakfast, more fruit and vegetables. Also increase my water intake. All those I don't.

All of those things you mentioned are so necessary for gaining health/losing weight. Keep your goals in mind, stick with your plans (you've put some here so now you're accountable LOL), and give it everything you've got! Wooohooooooooo!
