Aaaahhhh, another fresh, new week! What are your goals for the week? What needs more attention paid to it? What needs to be ignored altogether?
For me, my attention is on getting DAILY exercise to keep me sane through final exam stress. The thing I need to ignore is that emotionally-hungry feeling before bedtime and not snack after supper (I have been doing well so far and need to keep at it).

Wow, didn't know who's post to post under. Went with your post because, well it did beat Karen by a minute- HAHA!
Anyways, I had a splurge filled weekend. Very bad, I know. And I think I'm up about a pound - refused to check though. However, I will undo that this week and get lower than last friday's weigh in. That is my goal. Now you know, now I can't change it =)
Roni, best of luck with your goal - if the exercise helps with the stress, then definitely get it! Shall we have a challenge? I am feeling in tip top shape now and would love to challenge you to exercise EVERY day until friday.

LOL Good morning, G!! YESSSSSSSSSSS< I accept your challenge, and am going RIGHT NOW to put on workout gear and hop on the treadmill!! Did I mention that Wayne and I got a treadmill for each other for Christmas?? It was HIS idea, and he's been on it more than I have!LOL

Hi Buddies!
My weekend was rather productive and I am happy about it! Friday I was kinda bummed because I went shopping for a dress and I could not find one that was my size or that I looked nice in. So after 2 hours I finally gave up lol.
Saturday I cleaned. I got the porch ready for the tree and cleaned the dining room, and got all my laundry done. Running up and down the stairs to get laundry in and bring up xmas boxes sure gave me a work out. I was pooped by the afternoon. We went shopping and Sunday my dinnin room was cluddered again. haha.
Yesterday we got our tree but we still need to decorate. For now Im trying to keep radar away from it. I tried eating light this week so I had mostly salads. Friday and Saturday I did salads with some kind of protein but I got really sick afterwords. I did make christmas cookies but they came out kinda...eh so Im not eating them lol.
